On this auspicious occasion of World Tai Chi Qigong day, we will be providing a free introduction for individuals who are unfamiliar with or would like additional information regarding these two ancient Chinese Healing Arts and give them the opportunity to understand more about the health and healing benefits associated with them.

World Tai Chi & Qigong Day – is a global health and healing event held throughout the world.
It unfolds across the planet, beginning first in New Zealand, this event spreads time zone by time zone across the globe through 60 countries across 6 continents. . . . This healing wave will help foster and promote calm and wellness worldwide.

Tai Chi and Qigong are sometimes referred to as Chinese Yoga, with several thousand of years of history in China and are now growing in popularity worldwide. Tai Chi and Qigong have been shown in medical research to reduce anxiety, depression and chronic pain conditions.
